Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to drive sales and build strategic client relationships for our US-based KPO services. This role focuses on generating new business, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions that support business goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, preferably within the KPO or BPO sectors, and a deep understanding of the US market.
Responsibilities:
1) Identify and secure new business opportunities in the US market by
networking, cold-calling, and using other sales methods.
2) Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their
needs are met with excellence in service delivery.
3) Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand client
demands, industry trends, and competitive landscape, and provide
feedback to help refine services.
4) Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue and growth
targets, aligning with overall company goals.
5) Proposal and Contract Negotiation: Prepare proposals, negotiate
contracts, and close deals while ensuring mutually beneficial terms for
clients and the company.
6) Collaboration with Internal Teams: Coordinate with delivery, finance, and
operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing
satisfaction.
7) Reporting and Metrics Tracking: Track key performance metrics and
prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasted
revenue.
Requirements:
Bachelorβs degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA or
relevant certification is a plus.
4+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar
role in the KPO/BPO industry, outsourcing, specifically targeting the US
market.
In-depth understanding of KPO services and the US business environment,
especially within the financial and accounting sectors.
